Halton Hawks Football Club is excited to announce the formation of a brand-new girls’ team for players born in 2017, set to begin play in Fall 2025 and continue through the Summer 2026 season.
The program is aimed at young female athletes who already have soccer experience — such as house league play — and are ready to advance their skills in a competitive and supportive team environment.
“This is a great opportunity for 2017-born girls to join the Hawks family and take that next step in their soccer journey,” said Ms. Toni Marin, President of Halton Hawks FC. “We are committed to building a girls team that plays with skill, intelligence, and passion, while fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and sportsmanship.”
These 2017-born girls will become our showcase team for all future girls’ programs — setting the standard and leading the way for the next generation of female players at Halton Hawks FC.
The new 2017 Girls Team will feature:
Professional Coaching: Led by qualified Hawks coaches with a proven track record in youth development.
Advanced Training: Focused on improving technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall athletic performance.
Competitive Opportunities: Regular games, festivals, and tournaments in both the Fall and Summer seasons.
Based in Milton, Ontario, the team will train locally and participate in league play and events across the region. Player evaluations and recruitment will begin immediately to ensure the team is well-prepared for the Fall 2025 kick-off.
Registration and player interest forms are now open.
